“If you spend time on Twitter and think ‘Oh my god, I really need to be using AI but I have no f*cking clue how to do it.’ This is for you.”
“Best investment you will make in 2026 in your team, business or your own development. With the skills learnt from the course, you will be able to 10x your development.”
“If you want to join the top 0.1% of AI capability you need this course. You will get to learn the basics all the way through to concepts you'd never have imagined wrapping your head around.”
In 4 weeks, my team went from never really having done much of this stuff at all to building their own apps, replacing parts of what we do, having so many ideas for things that they wanna do in the future, having a really good understanding of security.
Putting 4 of them through the course at once has been really transformational, because we'd been our own little mini cohort. They're now the seed of transformational change that will radiate out through the company.
The course itself is just really well-designed. It accelerated very quickly, brought everyone (beginners & more advanced AI users) on board, and it's just been such, such, such a positive journey.

Grok Bot“Before the accelerator I was a basic ChatGPT user. The course completely changed how I work with AI. I now use Claude throughout my working day, dictating tasks to agents which then utilise other apps.”
“The Accelerator sets you up with tools and workflows that would have taken me months to figure out on my own, all within four weeks!”

“As a founding team of a scale up, we needed a better grasp of the fast evolving world of Agentic AI. We come away upskilled, having created our own custom agents and AI apps, and with a network of other teams going through similar transitions. Watching them apply AI in different ways was as enlightening as the course content itself.”
"I was at the AI founder boot camp in early December where you presented your coaching framework. I just wanted to send you a message to say it's very possible it has changed my life. Thank you so much for that."Dec 2025 AI Workshop participant
Hi, I'm James 👋. I'm a Growth leader, Ex-CEO and AI advisor, and I've spent the last 14 years building and scaling tech startups.
Most recently, I was Creator Growth Lead at ElevenLabs during our hypergrowth from $120M to $210M ARR, where I led 13 product launches in 9 months and shipped viral PLG experiments responsible for over 1 million ElevenLabs-branded UGC videos being shared annually.
Before that, I spent 10 years as CEO of Encore Musicians, scaling it to 50,000+ bookings and $45M GMV before we were acquired by Mixcloud.
I love opening people's eyes to the magic of AI, and I love teaching.
After graduating from Computer Science at Cambridge, I was headhunted by Matt Clifford to join the 3rd Entrepreneurs First cohort, and taught 40+ hours of content on Decoded's world-famous executive coding courses.
I won't waste your time with theoretical "thought leadership".
I'll teach you the systems I use myself through hands-on, pragmatic workshops.
Invoice / bank transfer“Without a doubt, the Agent Accelerator was the highest ROI thing I’ve done since founding the company.”

“Do it. I went in not really knowing what to expect, and came out with actual things I use: a set of 'skills', agents I've taught to do bits of my job, and the beginnings of a second brain. I stopped thinking about AI as a faster way to do the tasks I already do, and started thinking about how it could 10x my impact.”
“Get to upper intermediate or advanced level on Claude rapidly and understand how to drive adoption in your team and business.”
“A hands on course that smashes through the panicky feeling of having to learn something new and not knowing where to start, and gets you using it effectively each day.”
“I signed up and opened Claude for the first time. I now have the confidence to play around with Claude Code, connect tools, assign it tasks, and create my own agents. You can be completely clueless when you start.”
“Whether you're doing it as a team or as an individual, it's gonna have a profound impact on the way you see your work. Actually forcing the implementation of things has been absolutely game-changing for me as a business.”
“This is the course that takes you from 'aware' to 'enabled'. The content is clear, approachable and most important of all, James is an excellent teacher. We've seen immediate results in our company productivity, far beyond what I expected.”
“There's a lot of folks out there who know a lot about AI. But there's very few who are able to explain and teach it in a way that's accessible, clear and fun. James is one of those rare few.”
“Thanks so much for such a brilliant course. You've been a fab teacher and I love that your ethics shone through the course too - it's made me feel much more hopeful that AI can be used safely and thoughtfully.”
Cohort 4 starts Tuesday 29 September 2026. Secure your seat.
