Teams adds single sign-on and admin at no extra cost

Each Teams seat costs what the same personal plan does. For that price you also get single sign-on, central billing and admin, usage analytics, and privacy and chat retention settings for the whole team. If your team is going to use Grok, buy Teams seats rather than separate personal plans.

Enterprise is the step up, priced by x.ai’s sales team. It adds invoice billing, automatic seat management (SCIM), spend limits by group, audit logs and one usage pool shared by everyone.

Each person’s chat, Grok Bot and Cursor share one weekly allowance

Every seat comes with Cursor, the coding app, as well as Grok. Each person’s allowance covers everything they do in Grok, Grok Bot included, and the agent in Cursor, and it refreshes every week. When someone uses it up, they can buy a top-up or wait for the refresh.

Super is the seat for people who run agents every day, in Cursor or with Grok Bot. It costs a little over three times as much as Premium and gives three and a half times the usage. You can mix seat types on one team, so when you’re not sure, start someone on Premium and move them up if they keep running out.

Two things sit outside the allowance and cost extra. The Grok API is billed at standard model rates, and other companies’ models in Cursor at their API list prices.

What people ask about Grok pricing

Is SuperGrok still a plan?

x.ai’s price page doesn’t list SuperGrok or Premium+. Its paid plans for one person are Plus, Premium, Super and Ultra, so check any SuperGrok or Premium+ price you’ve seen against that page.

Is there a yearly Grok plan?

x.ai’s price page shows monthly prices only, for one person and for Teams.

Does Grok Bot cost anything?

Not on top of the seat. Grok Bot comes with Premium and the plans above it, and with every Teams seat, and what it does counts against that person’s weekly allowance.

How do you pay for Grok Teams?

Self-serve plans take credit and debit cards. To pay by invoice or wire transfer, x.ai asks you to talk to its sales team about Enterprise.

Who sells Grok subscriptions?

x.ai’s site now carries the SpaceXSI name, and its price page says subscriptions are sold only through X Subscription Corp, with no authorised resellers.
